Keeping Our Community Safe – Benedict's Law & Anaphylaxis Kits
From September, schools will be required to have anaphylaxis kits in place as part of Benedict's Law an important step in protecting children with lifethreatening allergies or those displaying life-threatening symptoms.
We are very proud to share that our school already has anaphylaxis kits in place, should they ever be needed. While we hope they are never used, having this lifesaving medication readily available means we can act quickly and confidently in an emergency
Children's safety, wellbeing and inclusion are always at the heart of what we do, and this is just one of the many ways we make sure our school is a safe, caring and prepared place for everyone.
Better safe than sorry and always putting children first.
